We are excited to be heading "way up north" to Syracuse and CT! Ok, Syracuse is practically in my backyard, but it is up North :-)
Diane will be doing demos on her torch in Syracuse (the fire marshall won't allow us this fun in CT, sorry people)but no matter what, we will enjoy seeing all of you and talking to you. Seeing old friends and meeting new...

Please remember the hours are 10 to 5 on sat. and 11 to 4 on Sunday for all Innovative Beads Expo Shows.

In the meantime, our Beads of the Month are
SPRING FLING....

Oh! We have new jewelry made from our beads, new exciting ideas....

We have alot of energy, it has been a good winter, perfect for torching, not too cold. I am over the breast cancer stuff....yeah me, a survivor of 23 months now.  We are chomping at the bit to see what you have made, chat with you and to delight in our shared interest : BEADS!!

My favorite saying comes from Mardi Gras : It is all about the Beads.

Because of course, it is!

and P.S.....don't forget to ask for our 5% discount for cash sales, any amount!

* We now have our Tiny Treasure beads individually, so you can buy one, or buy as many as you like!. Delicious colors and you get to pick, match and create!! Priced at $1 each!!!!

Lampwork beads are elegant, fun, funky, they can express every mood...and you are supporting 2 local artists! One lampwork bead can change the flavor of a whole necklace, turing it into a one of a kind piece!

Beads have always been a part of our lives, from childhood "pop" beads to teenage Hippie beads, graduating to semi- precious stones. Then one decade we learned.....fire,torch, rods of glass from Murano, kiln...We Can Make Our Own Beads!! Lampworking quickly overtook our lives in exciting ways, our passion, focus and dream.
We have both been making our own Lampwork Beads for about 12 years now, learning from various teachers and from experimentation with each other.

And Yes, we really are Sisters!!!

Places beads have taken us!  Since we have been making beads, we have visited some wonderful places because of beads. This past weekend was a show in Niagara Falls! Ok, it was March and yes, it was very cold at night with the Falls spray, but how invigorating, how powerful!
Diane works out of her studio in the subarbs of Philadelphia, her work encompassing percision and chemical reactions of color.
Denise works out of her home in the Wilkes -Barre area enjoying the tapestry of molten glass colors.
